TALX Chosen As One Of The 200 Best Small Companies By Forbes Magazine
ST. LOUIS, Oct 14, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TALX Corporation (NASDAQ:TALX), a leading business process outsourcer of human resources and payroll services, today announced that TALX has been chosen as one of the 200 Best Small Companies in America by Forbes magazine.

Forbes annually compiles this list of 200 Best Small companies based on return on equity, sales, and earnings per share growth. According to Forbes, all of the companies on the list are profitable, earning a minimum of 5% net margin over the last twelve months, and all have a 5-year average return on equity of 5% or greater.
