related and human resources services, announced that Craig N. Cohen,
formerly chief financial officer, has been elected executive vice
president, assuming responsibility for mergers and acquisitions,
product development, other operational activities, and legal matters.
L. Keith Graves, chief accounting officer, was elected chief
financial officer, responsible for financial accounting and external
reporting, as well as human resources and facilities.
In addition, Steve Hoffmann was named to the newly created
position of president, TALX UC eXpress. Hoffman, who had been
executive vice president of The Frick Company, acquired by TALX in
March 2002, had been managing the UC eXpress sales organization.
